Privacy Policy

This is a pre-launch privacy notice. It will be updated with a full, lawyer-reviewed policy before Abrokyire opens to the public. If you have questions in the meantime, email us at support@abrokyire.app.
1. Who We Are
Abrokyire, LLC ("Abrokyire", "we", "our", or "us") operates the Abrokyire marketplace platform and this website. We are based in Accra, Ghana. You can reach us at support@abrokyire.app.
2. What Data We Collect
When you sign up for early access — as a seller or buyer — through our waitlist forms, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, business name, and product category. We do not collect payment information at this stage.
3. Why We Collect It
We use your information solely to: (a) contact you about early access and platform launch updates, (b) understand the needs of our seller and buyer community so we can build a better product, and (c) respond to enquiries you send us directly.
4. How Your Data Is Stored
Waitlist form responses are processed and stored by Tally.so, our third-party form provider. Tally operates under its own privacy policy and is GDPR-compliant. We do not store your form responses on our own servers at this stage. Direct emails to support@abrokyire.app are handled via our email provider.
5. Third Parties
We currently use the following third-party services: Tally.so (form collection), Vercel (website hosting). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
7. Your Rights
Under the Ghana Data Protection Act 2012 and applicable international frameworks, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@abrokyire.app and we will respond within 14 days.
8. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, or until you request deletion. If Abrokyire does not launch, all collected data will be deleted within 90 days of that decision.
9. Children
Abrokyire is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the platform develops. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
